We are looking for an HR Specialist to support our people operations across the full employee lifecycle. You will be the first point of contact for employee questions, coordinate recruiting and onboarding, maintain personnel records and contracts, and prepare inputs for monthly payroll. You will work closely with management and team leads to keep our HR processes efficient and compliant with German labour law.
Ihr Profil
- Completed degree or vocational training in HR, business administration or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in HR administration or generalist role
- Good knowledge of German labour law and payroll-relevant processes
- Confident with HR software and MS Office; fluent German and good English
